Qual is where we started out, and where we developed many of our tools. COG runs groups, depths and workshops: face to face and online.

We have a toolkit of techniques that help unlock people’s true feelings.

We have pioneered NLP (neuro linguistic programming) techniques, engaging with respondents using all 5 senses. We use priming and other implicit techniques, as well as role play and conflict groups

Our moderators are imaginative, sensitive and experienced, and we work with leading qual firms around the world to run international studies.

Sometimes the classic methods work best: giving people time to talk and work through their feelings and motivations. This is where our years of experience help us get the most out of small group research.
